— What to do if a piece is not right for you —

We want you to keep what you bought, but we know that sometimes a piece does not feel quite right when it arrives. The policy is short and meant to be easy.

三十日Thirty Days

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unworn, unused, undamaged piece for a full refund. The 30 days is generous on purpose — these are gifts, and gifts often sit unopened for a few weeks before the giver realises something is wrong.

What we accept

  • Silk scarves — must be returned with the original Dynasty pouch, unworn, no perfume or makeup marks.
  • Red packets — must be returned unopened, all six envelopes still sealed, in the original packaging.
  • Watches and rings — must be returned unworn, in the original case, with all original packaging and any documentation. The protective film on the watch face must still be in place.
  • Incense, tea — must be returned sealed and unopened. Once a tea pouch or incense packet is opened we cannot resell it, so opened items cannot be refunded.

How to return

Email [hello@dyn8sty.com] with your order number and a brief note. We'll reply within one working day with a return address and any instructions.

Return postage is the customer's responsibility, except where the item arrived damaged or wrong — in those cases we cover the return cost and any replacement. We recommend using a tracked service so your return doesn't get lost in transit; if it does, and you don't have tracking, we cannot refund what we never received.

Refunds

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 working days of receiving your return. Your bank may take a further 3–5 days to show the refund in your account.

Original outbound shipping costs are not refunded, except where the item arrived damaged, wrong, or where we cancelled the order on our end.


What we don't accept

  • Personalised, engraved, or numbered pieces — once a watch is registered to your name or a piece is engraved, it cannot be returned. This is stated on the product page at the time of order.
  • Sale items — anything bought on a discount of 20% or more is final sale.
  • Returns after 30 days — we cannot accept these. Please don't ask.

瑕疵Faulty or wrong items

If your piece arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, that is on us. Email us within 14 days of delivery with photos showing the issue. We'll either send a replacement or a full refund — including return postage — without further questions. Under UK consumer law, you have separate statutory rights that this policy does not affect.
