— A few honest notes about how parcels get to you —

Dynasty ships from London. Almost everything is in stock and goes out within two working days. A few things — preorders, limited pieces — are slower, and we say so on the product page.

英國United Kingdom

Standard delivery is by Royal Mail Tracked 48, which means most parcels arrive within two to three working days of dispatch. The price is calculated at checkout based on parcel weight, and is usually [£3.50–£5.50].

We offer free UK shipping on orders over [£75], applied automatically at checkout.

If you need something faster — for a birthday, a wedding, a new year — we can offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 for an additional fee. Email info@dyn8sty.com within an hour of ordering and we'll arrange it.

歐洲Europe

Tracked international shipping to EU countries is typically [£12–£18], with delivery in 5 to 10 working days. Customers are responsible for any duties or VAT charged by their own country at the point of import — these vary by country and are outside our control. We declare parcels accurately and at full value, in line with HMRC and customs requirements.

世界各地Rest of the World

We ship worldwide. Tracked international post is typically [£18–£28] depending on destination, with delivery in 7 to 14 working days. As above, customers are responsible for any local duties, taxes, or import fees.

A few honest notes

  • Lunar New Year orders: red packets and other gifts ordered close to the new year ship the same day where possible. We post our last-order dates on the homepage from mid-January.
  • Preorders ship on the date stated on the product page. Limited pieces (the 168 Stealth Watch, the Dynasty Ring) are made to order and ship on a defined timeline — typically eight to twelve weeks. You will get an email when your piece is on its way.
  • Tracking: every parcel has a tracking number. You'll receive it by email when we dispatch.
  • Lost or delayed parcels: Royal Mail considers a parcel lost after 10 working days domestically and 25 working days internationally. If yours is genuinely missing past those windows, email us and we will send a replacement or refund without quarrel.
